At Speaking of Women’s Health, we
know that large life changes don’t
ultimately add up to results – you
can’t change long-term habits
overnight!  The key is small
changes – adding a new fruit or
vegetable to your diet here, trying a
new lipstick shade there – and
ultimately, those small changes
can, and will, make a big
difference!  Now the women of the
Raleigh area can attend the local
conference and Take the Pledge!
